To create a whimsical, nature-focused aesthetic, delicate butterfly imagery blends with poetic textures and the magic of the woods—resulting in an ethereal, enchanted-forest wedding theme. At the center of this enchanted forest wedding photoshoot is our Mariposa butterfly wedding dress in soft silk crepe. The hair is styled in loose curls. Butterfly pins adorn the hairstyle to match the free spirit of Wilderkind and the butterflies on the wedding dress. The multi-tone gemstone earrings mirror the soft botanical pastels of the bridal bouquet, which resembles a spray of wildflowers picked from the ground moments before. The grounds of Donovan Manor provide the backdrop for the bridal portraits. About the Butterfly Wedding Dress: Mariposa
Mariposa is the Spanish word for butterfly. Aptly named, our Mariposa is a silk crepe wedding gown with delicate butterfly details. Hand-beaded butterflies adorn the timeless fit-and-flare silhouette, high back, and plunging front. The butterflies are intentionally placed on silk crepe soutache ribbons. Their placement makes them appear to be fluttering around—almost as if drawn to the column of sparkling crystal buttons down the back.
